“I can really explore my creative side

Three questions for
Dennis G.

Interview with Dennis G.,
Development & Design

01

What do you like about working here?

There’s so much I enjoy about working here! I would have to say it’s mainly because of the freedom for personal expression I get to enjoy on all my projects, which gives me the opportunity to really explore my creative side.

02

What do you do exactly?

I work in the Development & Design department, which means it is my job to come up with new solutions and products for our customers. In addition to designing new components from scratch, I also work on improvements to existing products. I also have the opportunity to get involved in exciting projects such as the introduction of new 3D software.

03

What do you think sets SCHULTE apart?

The flat hierarchy. This structure really streamlines our project communication, as we have direct access to senior management and can expect quick decisions. I also really enjoy the overall camaraderie and team spirit.

Thank you, Dennis.
