The 4* Sunderland Hotel is a family-run business and is located in the old town centre of Sundern in the Sauerland region. It has 55 rooms, a sauna, conference rooms and the hotel's own restaurant. A special highlight of the hotel is its African style.
Fast service is one of the most important criteria for ensuring that guests are completely satisfied. It is particularly important that the room maintenance staff work together optimally and that the required materials are quickly available at all times so as not to disrupt operations. To this end, the hotel has decided to reorganise the central supply points, which are located on each level, for the room maintenance staff in a new and effective way. As SCHULTE offers specialised solutions for the hotel industry directly on site, it was not far to find the right partner.

About the Sunderland Hotel
The family-owned 4* hotel offers Africa in the middle of the Sauerland. A partner hotel in Kenya provides the African flair that can be found throughout the hotel. Guests can enjoy themselves far away from everyday life and explore the nature park and nearby Lake Sorpe as a contrast to the African-style interior design in Sundern in Sauerland.

The limited space available in the hotel industry for the storage of hygiene products as well as bathroom and bed linen was not an unknown challenge for SCHULTE, which was able to draw on a wealth of experience.
Hygiene in the warehouse
Strict hygiene requirements must be met when storing fresh laundry. The shelving racks from SCHULTE have an impact-resistant, scratch-resistant and dust-repellent surface, which is applied using the EPS process. In addition, the shelving was produced in the hotel's corporate colours - white and green.
